I am 40 years old now. For 4 years now we have been looking for a child. I did this test recently and this is the result. Morphology 30%, abnormal >head defect 50%, tail 20%. Oh 8.0, motility: fast progressive 20% slow progressive 30%. Non progressive 20%, immotile 30%. Count: 13.2�10^6cells/ml. Normal range: 20-150x10^6 cells/ ml. Culture: yielded moderate growth of staph spp after 24 hrs of incubation at 37oc. Sensitivity: erythromycin +++, pefloxacin +++, ciprofloxacin++. Resistant: zinnacef, ampilox, gentamycin, septran, amoxicillin, streptomycin, rocephin. Please I need help.

1) accept high risk for mother and baby in view of age of mother if above 35 2) any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time. 3) in view of age may select procedure giving fast result like ivf-
