Hi I am 30 years old and had ovarian cyst for which I am taking dienogest 2 mg medicine since 2 weeks but before that I was taking "visanne" now as I am taking dienogest, I am having severe headache and also if I walk little bit or just take evening walk. I feel very much pain in my abdomen and bleeding which is very uncomfortable and painful. I want to know why such bleeding/pain whereas earlier when I was taking "visanne" there was no such pain. Any suggestion ma'am or any local expert gynaecologist you recommend in bangalore. please help me. I am taking dolo nxt dt as pain killer. Doc also recommended enzoflam.

Visanne is also dienogest. Sometimes problem happens with particular brand. As you felt comfortable with visanne, you can take. If occasional spotting happens, you can take tranexaemic acid. If headache happens, it is safe to take paracetamol. However, if these symptoms become severe, you need some tests to find out the cause.

But I want to know the size of the cyst, your last period date and when did you start taking visanne all these details.
