I had a slight fever and bloating from 2-3 days. I consulted with a doctor and he prescribed some medicines along with mariliv ds oral suspension. I took the medicines and now is feeling well, but I couldn't find this mariliv ds suspension anywhere? I checked many chemist shops and online too. And no alternative is available too with same salt composition. Is there any alternative to this medicine which I can take? I still feel slight bloating after eating.

Dear sir, how is the fever now? Sorbiline syrup is excellent one tea spoon thrice dailyalong with tab pankreo flat. One to two per day for approximately three to five days. Mean while please get a simple test, stool for routine examination.
