My father is 77 years old and recently he has undergone with turp surgery. Just after the surgery, his condition became worst and he is suffering from urine retention as well passing urine in drops (he has also high psa) he has been taking silodal d-8 from the last 2 years, and recently we have changed it to urimax .4 mg. But still, he is passing urine in drops, my question is which is better silodal 8 mg or urimax 0.4 mg.
