My niece is 18 years old, having mdr tb & meningitis, doctor given 7 month steroid treatment for her so now she has developed avascular necrosis of hip, now orthopedic doctor has given her below medicines, is it a right treatment for avascular necrosis? Please help. Tab. Calcirol 60000 iu once a week for 6 week tab. Addphos daily for 3 months.
