Evacare is good for periods. You should not worry about periods at this age. But it is advisable to go for an ultrasound. Any internal pathology should be ruled out. Also you should take care of your calcium needs. For more information, you may contact me.

Hi. Yes you can use evacare syrup daily for 3 months minimum to show the results and it a herbal one so not much side effects, can be taken. I understand your problem. Pcod is very difficult to be treated. There is no particular treatment for it. Still research is going on. But there are few combination drugs like hormonal and non hormonal treatment shows few symptoms improved. - life style modification is very important. Eating healthy (low fat, oily food and avoiding fast food etc) and doing exercise for 1-2 hours everyday. I need to know your height, weight and few investigations too -thyroid test, cbp serum fsh, lh and usg pelvis scan. - for your age we should know if the follicles are good in number or not because for few ppl between 42-45 years periods will stop completely. Follow up with these tests then we can plan your treatment accordingly.
