My baby is 17 month old and he has fungal infection in lower part, due to lighten we can show to doctor we are using lobate lotion, some them it disappeared but now are stomach please help.

Who had given you Lobate to apply on fungal infection. This has increased the infection because Lobate is a steroid. You need better advice. Send pictures of lesion to see how bad the problem has become so that better advice can be given.

Pls discontinue the lobate cream and use only cream. Candid twice a day for 2-3 weeks. Lobate lotion is steroid based lotion it should not be used for long term because there are various side effects of this.

Lobate might not help if it is fungal infection. As of now please stop lobate. Your baby needs an ointment which is an anti fungal. Please get in touch with me so that I can help further by seeing the skin problem through pics. I will be able to prescribe the right anti fungal.
