Doctor said urine test and e.chole found. But now inflammation happen for sometime after urination and pain in glans area .erection time some mild pain in that area. Inflammation in particular area when urinate. Lower abdominal pain and pressure feel. When sit in a chair, pressure feel in pennis and some time inflamed urethra. Two day semen ejaculate after urination and then inflammation started. Even mild pain in test and base of the penis also happened. I quite smoke fully and drinks 3l water daily. But no improve. What is the reason for it?
