Hello doctor, I was diagnosed with orchitis, usg report says mildly hypoechoic echo texture of testis, size of both testis was normal with no inflammation, epididymis was normal, no varicocele found, no fluid in vaginal sac, abdomen usg reports were also normal, a small epidermal cyst 1 cm was noted. Doctor prescribed me ciprofloxacin antibiotics for 10 days. The pain has reduced a lot after the completion of the course. It's been 4 days since completion of antibiotics but I still feel a dullness in my testicles. I want to know that since how much time this little discomfort will last. Are there any complications in my case. Please help.

Hello, you might be suffering from orchitis and discomfort will last for few more weeks & it will subside itself. Just wear a scrotal supporter also taking painkiller or if you don't have any side effects then you can also take antiinflammatory drugs like signoflam.
