Hi Lybrate user, please specify your period last date. Do a pregnancy test. If it is positive then pregnancy is there. If negative then wait for week to 10 days. If no periods repeat pregnancy test and get an ultrasound done to see the status of uterus, tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness. Rule out pcod or any other abnormalities. Please remember, pcos is not curable, it can be kept under control. You are not having periods because of pcos (it can persist even when usg is normal, because pcos is hormonal problem). At the same time, you should check for tsh and prolactin in blood. As you had sex, it's better to do preganncy test with urine at home, before taking primolut n.
