Hi. I'm 11 weeks pregnant. I was recommended by a gynecologist at hospital to take duphaston although I didn't have any complications during my first visit at hospital. Currently, I have some spotting, cramping and nausea while under medication with duphaston. It's really worrying me. Kindly advise me.

Hi! tab. Duphaston is actually for maintaing pregnancy. Nausea must be pregnancy induced. You can start tab. Doxinate once/twice (depending on your severity of nausea and vomiting) daily. If you have spotting and cramping pain please meet your gynecologist immedietly.
