I am 32 year old. I am having itchy and swollen urethral opening since 2 months. I have taken fluanzole and itraconazole medicine. But no relief from itching. What to do.

Hi! as per your medical history ,you are suffering from hypertension, urine flow and kidneys functioning is very important. Fluconozole and itraconozole are antifungals. You need to take antibiotics affecting urine infection causing bacteria. As urethral swelling can be a part of urinary tract infection. First of all to control itching take cetirizine at bed time and try to consult your local dermatologist to get inspected directly. If needed they will be prescribing some blood tests and urine tests to find out the cause .please don't neglect and consult as earlier as possible.
