But I took it only one time at night. But after 10 days and quit symbal 20 myself without informing doctor, bcoz I felt little better so I have continue nuhenz, but after one week of quir symbal 20. I feel little pain again. But I am scared to say this to doctor. I will do to doctor within 3 days. Again I took symbal 20 today after one week. I have done this mistake. Is it okay to continue after quiting one week?

Hello, symbal may be taken after a gap. But dose schedule better not to be changed rapidly at it may precipitate adverse effects. For myofascial pain syndrome there are also some short course safer drugs and exercises. Gel well soon.
