I am 13 weeks 3 days pregnant. My doctor told me to take nt scan and blood test to detect any defects in baby. Scan was normal. But blood test show down syndrome 1: 150 as final. I take hcg injection 5000 bt. It's not mentioned in report. I put 4 injections weekly once. Last injection date 22nd april. Scan date 19th may. Whether the report is wrong or correct. For spotting I ate duphaston tablet daily. My age is 25.

This risk is calculated along wid nt scan report, either you can wail till 18-19werks for level 2scan and quad test ,if this also tells you that risk is there then either go for nipt is 99/percent sensitive in detecting this problem, which is a blood test or amniocentesis which is 100percent confirmatory in ruling out down'syndrome.
