Mam, I am 32 years old married women, I want to conceive. My hormones reports are normal, husband semen report is normal. Thyroid ia normal. But I ve 2 cm. Fibroid in subserosa part of uterus. Plus my tvs report sees ,that my egg forms but dominant one ruptures before ovulation. I have given clomiphene, letrozole and hmg injections. My periods are normal. My weight is 62. I ve never ever taken any pill, nor do I smoke or drink. What should I do mam.

Firboid needs no treatment in your case. You had ovulation, which is good. If not checked, I will advise checking the Fallopian tubes by HSG or SSG. Otherwise, depending on the number of cycles, you received letrozole, clomiphene and hMG (should not be more than 6-7 cycles total), you can plan for IUI if tubes are OK.

The treatment seems right. For full assessment il have to check your reports. You seem to have unexplained infertility in which both the husband and wife are fine but infertility is there due to uncertain reasons. Be positive, you will conceive soon.
