Can you help me out. About three years ago I had cholecystectomy. Since last night I have a saver pain I used to take leflox but I don't have that right now so any replacement.

Generally post cholecystectomy. Pain abdomen is due to increased fatty meal and fried food. Leading to acute gastritis which causes pain in upper part of abdomen. A special regimen if drugs are give to cure it. Thank you.

After cholecystectomy you can not eat too much food at a one time. Due to overeating the severe pain may came but I can't say that it's a only after cholecystectomy 's pain. Need to go with a doctor for severe pain.
