Age - 28, male. I have right ear eustachian tube dysfunction. Sinusitis (phlegm comes out through nose as sticky rubber). Tonsillitis (no issues for the past 4 years as I stopped intake of cold items). Also, good amount of phlegm drainage over mouth and nose after I eat any spicy food. Today from afternoon, I am feeling like a needle piercing or pricking type slight pain over my right end of throat when I am swallowing saliva, or eat. While touching the right throat end area with fingers, I can feel some uncomfortableness too. Now by evening the pain is decreased. Also slight pain was there over my right ear too. It was like I could feel some disturbance over the right ear and right throat connecting tube, along with right nose slightly clogged. Today morning I was also feeling like my both ears and nose was in a clogged / congested manner completely and I had to popup my right ear slightly to get a relief. What would be the problem I was facing?
