There are multiple causes for your current headache .there are triggers for your disease which can be found out only with a consultation lasting more than half an hour which your doctor has most probably not done ,you have not provided your doctors full prescription you have not provided detailed history, diet ,lifestyle ,occupation ,stress, sleep .family history, social history .all these have triggers for your disease you have not provided all investigation reports -which should have included all 4 inflammatory markers levels, 12 vitamin levels, 8 mineral levels. All these may be related to the root cause of your disease directly .change doctor, diet, lifestyle and take supplements to cure your disease. Hello there! migraine can be controlled through prophylaxis which you are taking in the form of provanol. You need to be regular in its intake and apart from this, you will have to exercise for about 20 min per day and engage in meditation too. Do not keep yourself devoid of food and water for more than 4 hrs and avoid excessive exertion. For further queries and consultation, feel free to contact me through audio or video call.
