Am having cough from last 2 weeks. Sometimes its dry sometimes it has clear phelgam. My cough is not stopping specially at night also I feel cold sometimes. I have taken syrup grilinctus but its not effecting. Some says because of eating too much hot nature things like ginger n black pepper n many other things in kadha my internal system had gone dry. Scared to go to hospitals coz of cavity infection. I got my covid test done twice n I have been tested negative so I don?t know whats this. My stomach throat n chest pains a lot now whenever I cough please suggest me some treatment.
