I went for ultrasound test suggested by a doctor where I found following report- fullness of pelvicalyceal system of right kidney seen. An echogenic shadow of about 6 mm seen near u.v.j. Lots of gases or fecal material seen in bowel loops. Is it something which I need to worry about? Please suggest.
