Having scabies and used permethrin 5% lotion 2 days ago and using crotorax hc cream and levocetirizine od. But still somewhat itching is present along medial side of thighs and on gluteal surface.

Hi! usually, scabies is a skin disease which takes a longer time to get under control at least for 2 weeks. Continue a proper course to get relief .wash all your clothes ,bed linen in hot water and dry up in hot sun for better control. Use moisturising cream like nivea or simple coconut oil twice daily to prevent dryness.
