Will my baby have any genetic abnormalities or deformities which the scan has not revealed? Pls help, i'm afraid and depressed.

Most of the time one can not find reason for iugr, they need repeated reports just to decide whether to wait more for pains or not. 'afraid and depressed' are reactions you have created in your mind.

Arginine usually have little things to do, although it may improve the blood flow but usually does not have side effects. The reason for IUGR is often not known. It may be because of failure of the placenta to supply adequate nutrition to the baby. Although genetic causes can cause IUGR, such defects are usually diagnosed in early pregnancy scans.
