I am a 20 year old female and for 4 days now I have been experiencing chest tightness and heaviness that lasts for hours, as well as a piercing pain in my left chest and underneath that area. The pain sometimes moves to my arm and even my back and causes discomfort. I have been taking antacid (gestid), eating fairly healthy and exercising for an hour a day. I have previously had an e.c.g and blood test for similar symptoms that came out negative. Please assist me with your help because i'm getting fed up.
