I am 32 years old married for 3 years having a baby boy. I am suffering from premature ejaculation only, erection is normal. I used an allopathic medicine (paroxetine) which give me good results but I stopped using it because of its side effects nausea feeling down etc. Is there any medicine alternate of paroxetine without side effects? please recommend.
