I was developed with tonsils a day before yesterday. The left side tonsil is only affected there are white dots on tonsil and hurting while swallowing. I went to doctor and they gave me azithromycin 500 once daily for 5 days today was my second dose. Still tonsil is there but some pain is reduced feeling quite feverish 98.3 I am quite worried is the tonsils viral or bacterial and fear of cavity 19 also. I do not have cough or anything else. Just quite feverish feeling of 98.3 and tonsils please help should I worried or not for. And how long it will take to cure the tonsils and fever.
