My doctor prescribed me to use progynova 2 mg because my endometrial thickness is 3.6 mm on 10th day of my period. Will it increase with these tablets. Can I get pregnant as my ro df is 10�11 mm and left ovary df is 10�17 mm. Please help me I want to take second opinion.

Day 10 is too early to comment on endometrial thickness. Your df size is ok. But you need serial tvs to see how df is growing and if you have ovulation. Often with increase in size of the df, endometrial thickness grows rapidly. Therefore, progynova is not needed in most cases, although it does not harm. Regarding "can I get pregnant" if you have ovulation and have regular physical relationship, in one month the chance of pregnancy is 10-15%. Therefore, if you fail to get pregnant in one month, you can continue the same treatment for next 3-4 months, depending on your ovarian reserve, tubal condition and husband's semen.
