My kid is 2 years old. From last 2 months, he was complaining about pain in anal area when he was trying to poop. His poop is normal yellow colored and sometimes it is black. We have consulted a doctor and are using these medicines: diarex tonic, mactase drops and metrogyl-m ointment. The outer skin around anus was red colored with two/three pimples, which is now cured. Using these medicines, he feels no pain when he is pooping, but he still complains about the pain in anal region at least once in a day. For the rest of the day is very active. I am afraid whether we are doing the right treatment because it has been more than two months of treatment now, and not sure whether the doctor has identified the underlying problem correctly. Kindly advise.
