I am kidney patient since last 19 years. Creatinine was 2.1 in 2001 it was 3.1 in jan 2019. But since then it is increasing very fast. Present creatinine level is 3.9. I am on allopathic medicines since last 19 years. I take cardace 2.5 mg, sobisys forte, folvite, rocaltrol, urimax .4 mg, cilacar 10 daily kindly advice how to reduce creatinine. And prevent dialysis.

Eat leafy vegetables drink 1-1.5l water strictly compensate with fruit like water melon else I cannot change your drug unless you consultant me as your physician kindly comply to your nephrologist advice.

Hello, as I can see you have chronic kidney disease, which was stable so far but has progressed recently. It happens commonly in advanced disease state. But we can control the speed of progression. Kindly send me your other reports like usg, blood counts and biopsy if done. Then tell me about your blood sugar, and blood pressure levels. The medicines are ok. But you need to cut down weight to keep bmi around 23. Then you should avoid meat, go vegetarian, avoid pain killers and other forms of unnecessary medications, stop smoking. We can start medicine ketoanalogues if these all are taken care of.
