What is the difference between osteoporosis and osteoarthritis? Do these are similar? Which is more harmful for human health? Thanks.

Osteoporosis is a condition in which bones loose their minerals along with other constiuents so that they become very weak & fragile. They can break with very minor injury. Osteoarthritis is a condition of joints in which usually due to aging process, they undergo wear & tear & become painful.
