I'm suffering from hair loss. I'm scared of combing my hair because the after effects of combing results in lots and lots of hair stuck to it. I don't use any products on my hair, never have straightened or colored my hair. Always used natural thing's on my hair like curd, neem, onion juice, banana with milk, etc.

Hello Lybrate-user! hair loss can be due to various reasons, genetic, hormonal, nutritional, dandruff, stress ,pollution etc. We have to examine the scalp to know the reason for hair loss. If dandruff is present, it should be checked and be controlled in this age group. Blood tests like cbpesr ,tsh, lft, rbs, s.ferritin levels, s.b12 levels, s.vitamin d levels, s.testosterone levels need to be checked to know the reason and to focus on the internal factors. Mean while ,take balanced diet with proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables, plenty of fluids for hydration, omega 3 rich foods like walnuts, flax seeds etc, iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, liver, jaggery. Use a ph balanced shampoo .do not use too much of home remedies. Please do consult your dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
