One of my frnd are doubting to have a throat cancer issues. He is regular withs his alcohol and smoking habit. He doesn't have any sowing over in his neck but he always wants water to drink every time. So can confirm me that his doubt is real or not. Please tell me. I really need your opinion. Please.
