Irregular periods and scanty periods can be easliy treated. Future pregnancy can be palanned in them with simple treatment with no problem.

It may be due to hormonal imbalance. Need to do exercise. Few blood tests are recommended serum prolactin serum lh, fsh serum tsh.

Hi it's good that your taking calcium and folic acid. That will not cause any period problem. But please let me know for how many days your bleeding and your meaning for less flow of blood? If bleeding is for more than 2-3 days / >2/3 pads per day it's fine. If your periods are regular then no need to worry about your chances of pregnancy. Better we get few tests based on your problem.
