medroxyprogesterone acetate 10 mg b. D for 10 days taken during 3rd to 4 th wk of pregnancy. Will it effect the foetal development? Should I continue this pregnancy or abort?

can cause certain birth defects when taken during embryogenesis...better go for first and second trimester screening for any abnormality
