Can a sinus infection cause drowsiness and makes you tired all the time? I do have sinus problems and I always feel sleepy and my head hurt and there's burning in the top of my head. And sometimes my nose smell funny and my eyes get red. I took antibiotics abt 3 times before cefur and augmentin but am still feeling the same way.

You can headache , sleepiness and sometime throat irritation. You need to get a detailed check up... sometimes to get nasal and throat endoscopy done. If you are chronic allergic then has to get certain blood investigations also.

Sinusitis can make one feel weak and tired. Myalgia and lethargy can also happen. Sleepiness may be due to tiredness, and has no direct link to sinusitis. Since you are having persisting symptoms even after 3 courses of antibiotics, I would advise you to consult a local ent doc or consult online. It requires further evaluation.
