Does iron supplements makes your period come early. If I get shorter periods will taking iron tablets ferose help in regularizing periods? Any side effects in taking urine alkalize and probiotic as I am suffering from uti.

Iron will increase hemoglobin concentration only. Periods is under hormonal control. No sideeffects for urine alkaliser and probiotic.

Iron tablets don't have any effect on periods. It won't help in regularizing periods. Probiotics don't hav side effects. Alkalizer will help symptomatically in uti but you will need antibiotics if symptoms persist.

Iron tablets help only if ur periods are delayed because of anaemia. Otherwise there is no correlation between iron supplements n periods. For uti follow this Do the following-- 1. you maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2. Do change your undergarments at least 2 times a day 3. Wear cotton underclothes. 4. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids. 5. Keep the area dry. For more details you can consult me.
