I always hear some buzzing sound near my right ear in slow tone, due to this my right ear is closed even after properly cleaning on daily basis. When I stretch my ear, I can hear 100% of surroundings sound, but when it's in relaxed state, the intensity of surroundings sound decreases to nearly 40-50%. Could you please guide me why it's happening. It's happening from more than 3 months.
