I am a spinal cord injury patient. Due to which I have paraplegia. I have extreme neuropathic pain electric shock like sensation, burning sensation etc. I have been talk g maxgalin since 4 years now. One I have to ask if it's safe to have this medication for so long? Second, neuropathic pains are increasing day by day what can I do?

To give an opinion, we need to know the type of injury and the spinal cord level of injury which will be there in mri. You can upload the mri images and report. If your pain is increasing, you hav to increase dose of maxgalin and if still persists, other medications are needed.
