Hi, I am female age 27. From a year I am trying to conceive but its not done. I do not any any health issue I have regular period cycle. So can I take folic acid tablet without prescription of doctor. Will it help me to conceive.

Yes please start folic acid. If will not help you in conceiving but it will definitely help you in having proper development of the baby and therefore, it should be started from before pregnancy. And as you are planning for pregnancy, I will advise doing some tests like thalassaemia, blood group and rubella to ensure that pregnancy will be healthy for the baby.
