Psoriasis is an auto immune disease and we can control it but not cure it completely and few tips- Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet , always be stress free , exercise regularly

Psoriasis has no proper reason White scales r formed on red patches Usually occur on elbows, knees, scalp, back palms and soles Dryness increases psoriasis It increases in winter, alcoholism,smoking Apply moisturiser to prevent dryness particularly in winter Take proper medication to control it There is no complete cure for psoriasis
