I am having pcod and thyroid. Tsh level eltroxin 50 mg s 1. Something rhta tha but last 2 mnth m y 17 p phunch gya. Or mere last lmp 3 april k bad periods b nhi aye. Pregnancy test negative always. As per my gyno meprate 10 mag 4 day 2 times lane k bad b 12 days tk periods nhi ay to crina ncr 10 mg 3 day 3 times lane k bad b 4 days ho gy h periods nhi ay. Smjh nhi a rha kya problem h.

Hi. I know pcod and thyroid se ye problems like irregular cycles common hei. But tablets lene ke baad bhi periods nahi aare tho further evaluate karna hei. Please get thyroid test repeated, usg pelvis scan, serum.fsh tests and follow up with me. Thank you.

Wait for 5 more days .if you don't mensturate, better to get usg pelvis done to check endometrial thickness and treat accordingly. Get repeat tsh also and if it is not in normal range, need to alter the dose. Weight reduction is also needed. Start ocp for regularising menstruation from 5th day of menses.
