Hi. I am 28 years female we were planning for baby from last 6 months. No success yet. We have consulted doctor and everything is normal except fallopian tubes. Uterus is normal. Follicles are normal. Ovaries are producing eggs but in hsg test for tubal check I got the below results right fallopian tube is patent with free peritoneal spillage left fallopian tube is patent with delayed and restricted peritoneal spillage of contrast mildly dilated ampullary portion of bilateral fallopian tubes noted impression: patent bilateral fallopian tube with mild hydrosalpinx. Delayed and restricted peritoneal spillage on left side - suggestive of peritubal adhesions doctor has advised to try naturally for another two months. Please suggest if I can conceive naturally.
