Sir I am having hair fall. Is supradyn and trichup capsule good enough to take? And for how long can I take both the medicines if taken?

Like hormonal unbalance, lack of nutrition vitamins deficiency, anaemia ,dandruff ,stress ,insomnia etc. So without discussion we cannot find out what is the real problem. Do you have dandruff problem also. Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo. 1. Vitamin for hair loss.(a, b and c) 2. Enrich diet with protein. 3. Do warm coconut oil massage. Take coconut oil and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage your scalp with this hot oil for a few minutes. 4. Avoid brushing wet hair. 5. Keep yourself hydrated. 6. Yes since they are vitamin supplements you can take them and for them to show the results you need to take it for long term. Having said that only vitamin deficiency may not be the reason for hair fall. Hair fall as such has multiple causes. Could be genetic, stress, hormonal imbalances, vitamin and mineral deficiencies or even some autoimmune conditions. So my advice would be to continue them for some time, maybe for 1- 2 months and if you don't find any results probably we can evaluate you for other causes.
