I am 22 year old female detected with pcos last month advised by going to have krimson 35 for 3 months by first course of 21 days went well I gt periods on the 4th day of stopping the tablet after 21 days bt now my bleeding is not stopping even after 7 days of starting the second course of tablet due to some reasons I had my tablet in crushed form in this 7 days will it be the reason for not stopping the bleeding. There is no heavy bleeding just spotting.

Hi.... may be u must have missed a dose in between, Even a single tablet u miss or delay in time also can lead to this problem.. so everyday same time ie before bed 9pm u set an alarm an take ur tablet without missing. Do not crush and take . And ur weight is more according to ur height . U should reduce a minimum of 4-5 kgs to improve ur pcos and have regular cycles. Pcod is very difficult to be treated.. there is no Particular treatment for it . Still research is going on .. But there are few combination drugs like hormonal and non hormonal treatment shows few symptoms improved. - life style modification is very important. Eating healthy ( low fat , oily food and avoiding fast food etc)and doing exercise for 1-2 hours everyday . Follow up through online consultation for further quiries. Thank you
