Hi Lybrate user. Thus is a case of secondary infertility. There could be a lot of causes to not conceiving. Due to the abortion the fallopian tubes could have been blocked. Also there could be a n ovulation defect. So need to undergo a battery of tests to ascertain the cause.

You could have developed pelvic inflammatory disease when you terminated first pregnancy. You require thorough evaluation including tubala patency test as a part of laparoscopy. That can clear tubal adhesions if any. Investigate, find out the cause and then treat.

Good evening. Once you had pregnancy then the chances are good that you will conceive again easily. Don’t worry much and stay relaxed and be positive about it. First thing you should do is reduce your weight. 84 kgs is over weight. If you reduce your weight by 5-6 kgs minimum then the chances will be good. Be stress free and stop being desperate about having pregnancy. I understand that there will be lot of pressure from family. But the more you get stressed the fertility treatment will not be effective. So stay calm. And according to the history you gave meteor, locyst or dusphaston all these are for maintanance. But fertility for ovulation induction treatment has not been started yet for u. I cannot understand about the injection as you have not mentioned any name for it. If any follicular study scans (to see the size of egg) are done please send the reports along with other investigations if you have any. Based on the reports I can have a picture of your problem and can advise you better.
