Sir there is a permanent perforation in my ear, which happened in the year 2016-17. I had already underwent tympanoplasty in 2014. Now, I feel heaviness in my ear and vertigo. I had been also prescribed allegra 180 mg for two months during treatment for ear discharge and sinus in the year 2017, while taking allegra 180 mg I also suffered changing in my urine colour and still I have some issue with my urine. Kindly suggest the treatment to manage vertigo.
