Respected sir/madam, im a 42 years lady, having mild pain in my right lower abdomen, since 15 days. Some times the pain shifts to my right leg and back also. Mostly when i, stand constantly for 1 hr or more or having gas. I have done my pap smear test around 2 years before. There was no problem. I have taken taxim o 200 bd and buscogast for 5 days. Though I found relief after taking these medicines, the pain has not completely gone. Do I need to consult any gynaecologist right away? What are the possible reasons for the pain?

If the pain is severe or constant or both. You will likely need an ultrasound. Also do you have any urinary symptoms/fever or bowel symptoms? May need tests according to that. Treatment is better and more effective once we investigate and ascertain the diagnosis. And yes you are right. No substitute to seeing a doctor. If you can not visit due to lock down. At least take a video consult. If you wish can help.
