I have pee size lump under skin on my penis soft near dorsal vein. It pain when erect and after urination and time when erection is back, pain goes out. During time to night urge to urinate frequent. As per doctor prescription I am taking doxycycline 100 mg and vit e from last two years but no response. As of now I am suffering inflammation in forehead in night time and some time mild pain 8n testicles. My age is 48. Pls. Advice.
