I am suffering from external piles for last six months. Take bc 17 and pilex. But my external piles have not reduced in size. Do experience itching, heaviness and occasional bleeding. Is results mother tincture a good medicine for me? And what else medicine I should take? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your query. If it is external piles only, it may reduce over time and this may take long. For this you have to avoid constipation and straining in stools. It seems that your symptoms are minimal. So take. 1. Sitz bath in luke warm water twice daily 2. Laxative. Lactifibre 2 tsf at bedtime with water. Hopefully you may improve over time. Tk cr.

Hello.. There is no medicine which will vanish your external piles. Internal piles might be symptomatically cured to some extent but external piles are covered with skin and mucosa. So they remain. If your symptoms are disturbing you better to go for a surgical option ( Haemorrhoidectomy). Don't apply any tincture. Take lots of fluids fruits and fibre. Do sitz baths with simple warm water thrice a day. Take Tab dobirut twice a day. Thanks n regards

please avoid two culprits for piles... constipation and straining. take plenty of water and fibre to avaoid them. sitting in warm water with Betadine in it ( Hot seitz bath) is often very helpful.
