Good evening. What your doctor prescribed is good. Follow her treatment as she advised. Krimson wen you start, you should not miss a single dose in 21 day course. Everyday same time better at 9 pm after food. Set an alarm and take. Even if you miss a single dose bleeding or spotting will occur in the middle of your cycle, also not prevent pregnancy if you miss a dose. This krimson is effective both to improve pcos and regularising periods also used as a contraceptive (prevent pregnancy). For pcos mainly you should eat healthy food and do exercises regularly for one hour minimum everyday. If your weight is more then reduce a minimum of 4-5 kgs and it ll improve your pcos.
