I have pcod with irregular period. For period I used to take duphaston but last month I took only ovabless mayo 1 tablet a day. My period are 15 day late took pregnancy test on 4th but negative. I am getting cramps and backache sometimes but not period but white discharge. What should I do?

this role science of upcoming period maybe you'll have to wait for your periods to come if it gets alright then there is no need of treatment any white discharge if it is itching or false smelling needs treatment at once

Hi lybrate-user you are 15 days overdue can wait 2-3 days. For pain you can take meftal spas twice a day or whatever require. If don't get pd take deviry 10 once daily for 5 days ok.

Good evening. Let me know your last period date. If your period is delayed for more than 15 days by now if your pregnant your test will show positive. So I don’t think your pregnant. It could be because of pcod only. Pcod is very difficult to be treated. There is no particular treatment for it. Still research is going on. But there are few combination drugs like hormonal and non hormonal treatment shows few symptoms improved. - life style modification is very important. Eating healthy (low fat, oily food and avoiding fast food etc) and doing exercise for 1-2 hours everyday. your weight is more according to your height. your ideal weight should be 54-56 kgs. But try to reduce your weight by 5-6 kgs minimum and your pcod will improve and your cycles becomes regular. I need few investigations serum. Tsh cbp usg pelvis scan.
